Plan your large-group stay in Pembrokeshire

Bring the people. Build the stay around them.

Choose who you are gathering, what matters most and how many nights feel right. This is the shortcut for the person organising everyone else.

See the stay through Daisy’s eyes

A house for bringing people together—and giving them room apart.

Daisy explains who the barn works for, how the flexible sleeping reaches 22, and why the separate spaces matter when several generations or groups of friends stay together.

Start here

Three decisions. Then Daisy helps with the details.

The purpose of this page is simple: help you shape the right gathering before you choose dates.

01

Who is coming?

Families, friends, mixed ages—and who needs their own space.

02

What matters most?

A milestone meal, the coast, activities or unhurried time together.

03

How long feels right?

Choose a prepared 3, 5 or 7-night stay, or request a custom length.

Park Court Barn is most comfortable for around 16 and can sleep up to 22 using its flexible spaces. Daisy will help you match the rooms and plans to your actual group before you commit.

Family gatherings

Several generations. One front door. Enough room to breathe.

Bring grandparents, cousins, babies and teenagers together without expecting everyone to holiday in exactly the same way. The long table becomes the heart of the stay, while the cinema room, children’s cubbies, adults’ snug and annexe give each generation somewhere of its own.

  • Family rooms for parents and children
  • Cots, highchairs, games and toys
  • A separate annexe for a little more privacy

Birthdays & celebrations

Make the milestone feel special—not over-scheduled.

Plan one brilliant shared meal, add a coast walk or beach afternoon, then leave space for the moments nobody can timetable. Daisy can help you think through local food, a special cake, seafood, tables for a large group and practical timings before everyone arrives.

  • A dining room made for long-table occasions
  • Covered courtyard and barbecue area
  • A welcoming home, not a loud party house

Groups of friends

Proper time together, with no last orders on the conversation.

Cook together, book somewhere memorable, light the fire and catch up without watching the clock. Multiple living spaces mean the early risers, film watchers and late-night talkers do not all have to choose the same room.

  • Three kitchens across the property
  • Cinema room plus a quieter adults’ snug
  • An honest room plan for couples and singles

Activity stays

Walk, surf, ride, paddle or create—then come home together.

Use Trefin as the base for a shared adventure: coast-path days, surf sessions, coasteering, cycling, yoga, sketching or a mixture that suits the group. The barn gives you practical space to regroup, eat well and make a new plan when the weather changes.

  • Close to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path
  • Useful spaces for kit and wet-weather plans
  • Flexible days for mixed abilities and interests

From people who brought everyone

The best proof is what a big group remembers.

Guests repeatedly mention the space, the different gathering areas and how easy it is to reach walks, pubs and the coast.

Make it feel like your occasion

One memorable plan is often enough.

A beautiful meal, a favourite beach, a guided adventure or a long walk to a pub gives the stay its centre of gravity. Daisy can share local suggestions and help you work out what needs booking before the group arrives.

Daisy’s do’s & don’ts

A little local judgment goes a long way.

DO

Choose the main moment.

Decide which meal, walk or activity matters most, then build lightly around it.

DO

Share the real room mix.

Tell Daisy about couples, singles, children, mobility needs and who values privacy.

DON’T

Book every hour.

Leave room for changing weather, another round at the pub and the beach nobody wants to leave.

DON’T

Treat it as a party house.

Celebrations are warmly welcomed; disruptive events and late-night outdoor noise are not.

When you enquire

  2. 02Your preferred number of nights
