Honest by design
Park Court Barn is generous around 16 and flexible up to 22. The answers below are deliberately precise so your group can decide whether the layout fits—not merely whether the number does.
Up to 22, although around 16 is the comfortable sweet spot. Reaching the maximum uses flexible sleeping: some large rooms combine a king and single, some cubby areas use sofa beds, and the separate annexe sleeps up to three.
The main accommodation has seven conventional bedrooms, plus flexible sofa-bed areas and the annexe. We do not describe every sleeping surface as a separate bedroom because the layout matters to privacy and comfort.
Yes. The self-contained annexe is part of every whole-property booking. It has a downstairs lounge/kitchen with sofa bed, an upstairs king bedroom and a shower room.
That depends on relationships and privacy expectations. The house can accommodate 22, but it is usually better suited to a mix of adults and children at that number. Daisy will review your actual sleeping list before confirming.
Yes. There is a play space, cinema room, books and games, plus two cots, two highchairs, a changing table and stair gates. Adults remain responsible for supervision around stairs, fires and outdoor areas.
Yes, up to two dogs by prior agreement. The fee is £50 per dog, per stay. Seasonal beach rules apply and dogs should not be left without an agreed care plan during activities.
The property offers step-free access, wide doors, an accessible wet room and ground-floor sleeping options. Individual needs vary, so tell Daisy about mobility, transfer, shower and bedroom requirements before booking.
There are three kitchen areas across the main barn and annexe, useful when several households are sharing the property.
The big downstairs lounge is the cinema room with an 85-inch 4K screen and a large log burner. The dining room/library is next door. Upstairs is the adults’ snug, giving the group more than one place to relax.
Yes, fast Wi-Fi is provided. Streaming, work calls and rural connectivity can still be affected by wider network conditions.
Bed linen and bath towels are included. Bring separate beach towels and dog towels.
Yes. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available.
Check-in is from 4pm and checkout is by 10am. Self check-in is via lockbox; confirmed guests receive the code privately before arrival.
There are four off-road parking spaces. Large groups should consolidate vehicles and agree overflow arrangements with Daisy rather than blocking village access.
Yes, there is an EV charger onsite. Ask Daisy about access and use before arrival.
Daisy first checks the Airbnb-synchronised calendar, your sleeping arrangement and final quote. No payment is taken through the request form.
The guide price applies a 10% direct saving to accommodation, then adds a cleaning fee of approximately £300 and £50 per dog. Daisy confirms the final total before payment.
Park Court Barn offers prepared 3, 5 and 7-night stays, with custom lengths available by enquiry. Select Custom on the booking calendar and Daisy will confirm the price.
Yes—family celebrations are a core reason people stay. Tell Daisy what you have in mind so dining, sleeping and any suppliers can be planned sensibly.
The barn is for booked residential groups, not open-invitation events. No unapproved extra guests, ticketed parties or unmanaged amplified events.
Yes. Trefin is a real village and outside noise should be kept low after 10pm. Bring the gathering into the cinema room, library or snug.
Usually, by prior agreement. Share supplier details, group size, equipment and space requirements with Daisy before committing.
Still deciding?
Ages, room sharing, mobility, dogs and celebrations are easier to solve before payment than after everybody has booked time off.
