These are deliberately loose. They protect one shared highlight, one flexible weather day and enough time at the house.
Arrive after 4pm, unpack by household, village pub or simple barn supper.
One shared coast day, celebration meal and cinema room afterwards.
Split morning: beach, walk or St Davids. Long-table final supper.
Breakfast, room sweep and leave by 10am.
Settle in; no ambitious dinner booking after the drive.
Trefin–Porthgain coast day and harbour food.
Surf, coasteer or paddle—with a gentler alternative.
St Davids, galleries, cathedral and a special dinner.
Weather-flex day: boat, beach or family attraction.
Use the final morning only for breakfast and checkout.
Arrive, allocate rooms and let the children find the house.
Local coast and Porthgain; stay close while everyone settles.
Headline activity or island trip.
Slow day: St Davids, art, food and the adults’ snug.
Second adventure with a parallel low-pressure plan.
Whitesands or the best beach for today’s conditions.
Keep it local, cook together and avoid packing the last evening.
Bins, keys, chargers and a 10am departure.

Arrival & access
The organiser’s countdown
Count adults and children separately; list couples, singles, cot users and anyone who cannot use stairs.
Reserve the weather-sensitive headline activity, special meal and any private chef or instructor.
Check forecast, tides, final group numbers, dietary needs, shopping plan and arrival vehicles.
Share the directions—not the lockbox code—in one group message. Aim for staggered arrivals after 4pm.
Pack non-essentials, agree the morning jobs and find every phone charger before breakfast.
Pack for the coast
After you book
Exact directions, lockbox information, house systems, emergency contacts and departure instructions should only be shared with confirmed guests—not published on the open website.
