When you make an enquiry we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, preferred dates, group size, number of dogs, occasion and any notes you provide. The website host may process ordinary technical logs needed to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to answer your request, check suitability and availability, prepare a quote and take steps towards a booking contract. We may retain records where needed to administer a confirmed stay, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect the website.
Who receives it
The enquiry form is delivered using FormSubmit and email services. Website hosting providers process the technical data needed to serve the site. We do not sell your information or add an enquiry to a marketing list without separate permission.
How long it is kept
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, booking, accounting, safety or legal purpose for which it was collected, then securely deleted or anonymised.
